The project entails multi-phased, new construction on three sites. Construction includes 699 townhomes and single-car garages housed in 184 separate buildings and 90, 1- and 2-story, single-family homes in eight different building types, also with private garages. The project also includes renovation of 350 units at a separate subdivision.

Dover Air Force Base
Demolition and multi-phased construction of 770 new housing units in 316 buildings, as well as removal and replacement of existing roads and utilities, construction of a new community center, and two new neighborhood centers. Hard-cost budget: $160 million.
Fort Detrick / Walter Reed Medical Center
Constuction of new single-family homes or renovation of existing units with a total approximate hard cost budget of $94 million, as follows:
Fort Detrick: Construction of 250 new single-family homes, renovation of 104 existing homes, and associated site work and community buildings.
Walter Reed Medical / Glen Haven: Construction of 234 new single-family homes, renovation of 8 existing homes, and associated site work and community buildings.
Ford Island
Proposed interior and exterior renovations to 2,007 existing housing units and renovations to certain secondary structures. Hard cost budget for the entire project is $38.5 million, with a 28-month schedule.
Presidio Monterey
Monterey, California: 2,168 new units consisting of a mixture of duplex and single-family homes, as well as renovation of up to 41 historic homes. Hard cost budget: $458.4 million. Scheduled completion October 2013.
Fort Stewart / Hunter Army Airfield
Savannah, Georgia: 1,868 new units consisting of a mixture of single-family homes and townhomes, as well as renovation of 1,376 existing homes, plus associated community buildings. Hard-cost budget: $356.6 million. Scheduled completion: November 2011.
Fort Campbell
Kentucky: 2,025 new single-family homes and renovations to 2,784 homes in twenty neighborhoods. Hard cost budget: $231 million. Scheduled completion: November 2013.
Buckley Air Force Base
Aurora, Colorado: 353 new units - single family homes and townhomes - plus associated community buildings and site work. Hard cost budget: $71 million. Scheduled completion: August 2006.
