GTG represented the construction lender and the mezzanine lender.The architectural metal and glass tower features a dual-crown lantern 60-feet above the structure and a 16,000-square-foot outdoor plaza clad in Italian granite providing entry into a three-story glass and marble lobby. Other amenities include an on-site fitness center, conference facilities, 8,000-sf of retail space, and four levels of above-grade parking. |
