Barney's New York Flagship Store

Hard Cost Budget: $50M

Description: GTG Consultants recently completed review of the new Barney's New York Chicago flagship store. Services included core and shell and interior tenant fit-out including free standing fixtures and the restaurant Fred’s. The new six-story building includes a 3-story sculptural stair above the main entry and luxury finishes and decorative details.

Riverside Plaza

Riverside Photo No. 1

Location: Riverside, CA

Description: Acquisition due diligence on behalf of the construction lender. Originally developed ca. 1956, the asset consists of a freestanding Gottschalks store, with approximately 141,330-sf constructed in 1956; Trader Joe's, with approximately 10,000-sf constructed in 2003; and a multi-tenant building with approximately 12,983-sf constructed in 1966.

The Boulevard

Boulevard Photo No. 1

Location: Richmond Heights, MO

Description: Acquisition due diligence on a multi-phase retail and residential development consisting of five buildings plus a 4-level parking structure containing approximately 559 spaces will be constructed. Each building will contain retail spaces which will total approximately 131,371-gsf. Buildings will offer retail space totaling approximately 130,000-sf and 74 apartments totaling 67,000-rsf.

Bay Street

Location: Emeryville, CA

Hard Cost Budget: $108M

Description: Owner's representation services, including attendance at weekly project meetings and intensive construction monitoring on a 400,000-sf development, with a 16-screen cinema, retail shops, office space, and a 2,000-space parking garage. For-sale residential units and a hotel will be developed later.

Brickyard Mall

Hard Cost Budget: $35M

Description: Review of construction documents and performance of construction monitoring on demolition of an existing, central, covered-mall building, followed by redevelopment of approximately ten, single-story retail buildings, including pads for anchor stores Target, Lowe's, and Jewel/Osco.
